1. Descriptions of Absorbing aramid honeycomb core:
Aramid honeycomb core is a core material in the field of electromagnetic testing. The darkroom laboratory has strict requirements for the wideband absorption ability, structural stability, and environmental adaptability of absorbing materials. By optimizing the selection of honeycomb core materials, innovating the formula of absorbing coatings, and improving composite processes, we have successfully created a series of absorbing honeycomb products that combine high performance and high cost-effectiveness.
The absorbing honeycomb is made of aramid honeycomb, aluminum honeycomb, and fiberglass honeycomb as substrates, combined with specially designed absorbing fillers, which can achieve a reflection loss of ≥ 20dB in the frequency range of 30MHz-40GHz. Its absorption performance in the low frequency band is significantly improved compared to traditional materials, and it also has high specific strength and lightweight characteristics. The density is only about 0.3g/cm ³, which can effectively reduce the load of darkroom buildings and meet the needs of large-span space laying.
