1. Descriptions:
This device is designed specifically for direct continuous three-layer aluminum composite materials, produced by laminating aluminum coils on both sides and then hot rolling and cutting them into flat aluminum-plastic composite panels on a dedicated production line.
After the aluminum composite plate is pressed along the thickness of the core plate by the front rolling mill, it enters the pre composite state; Then, the polymer adhesive film and the heated upper and lower aluminum coils are pre bonded and transferred onto the mirror wheel assembly. The five layers simultaneously enter the rollers of the forming and leveling composite machine, and undergo pre mixing, hot rolling, cold rolling, cooling forming, and fixed length cutting to form a sandwich composite plate.
The sandwich shaped composite board, through the feedback signal of the fixed length sensor, can make the cutting machine automatically clamp the board and move synchronously in the direction of transportation, and automatically return to its original position after cutting.
